Refund policy

Products are handmade and, therefore are expected to have imperfections. Wooden items are expected to have natural imperfections, such as irregular grain patterns. No two pieces of wood will be the same, even if processing such as book-matching is done. Damage caused by the user is not warrantied. 

Refunds for standard items are accepted within 30 days for apparent structural damage caused by manufacturing errors, or abnormal wood behavior once a return has been processed. Custom items and manufacturing orders are not given a refund or return window. Please contact us if you do not have, or are outside of your return window and something has gone wrong, we will try our best to make it right provided the circumstances.
