This mini cutting board is named after Mt. Elbert, which stands 14,439' high. Mt. Elbert is located directly to the east of Denver, and is the most commonly hiked 14er within the state of Colorado.
Handcrafted in Colorado with only the finest hardwoods, the Mt. Elbert Mini Cutting Board is an affordable way to add quality cooking essential from Kineo Mountain to your personal kitchen. Despite its name as a "mini" cutting board, this cutting board matches the size of many "standard" cutting boards found in box stores. Enjoy a lifetime of use with this durable and dependable mini-sized cutting board!
All Mt. Elbert boards are cut from solid Hard Maple or American Walnut, and then finished with a soaking in our cutting board oil.
All variations of the Mt. Elbert Mini Cutting Board are sold with 10" x 6.5" x 0.625" dimensions. As a series cutting board, your board will look similar to the photos provided here but will have grain pattern and color variations.
