Black Walnut and Hard Maple End Grain Butcher - 17" x 13"

This has been designated a butcher block as it is heavier, larger and thicker than our normal cutting boards. While our cutting boards are available in both end grain and edge grain, our butcher blocks are end grain only so as to provide maximum functionality and a superb working lifespan to the discerning chef.

This butcher block, with an alternating pattern of American Walnut, and Hard Maple, has been finished with both chamfered corners and rounded edges across the entire piece. The rounded edges allow use of both sides of the butcher block, as well as a smooth modern finish.

The cutting board has been finished with a soaking of cutting board oil, followed by a lathering of our signature wood butter. Purchasing this piece automatically includes a free tin of wood butter, and care instructions to enable you to enjoy this butcher block for a lifetime of use.
