Felt-lined solid hardwood
A case should do more than keep a console from rattling. This one is cut from solid hard maple or American black walnut, hand-finished, and fitted inside with felt shaped to your specific console, its charger, and its games, so every piece has a place and nothing shifts on the way. Brass hinges, a tension latch built by our sister company, and a pass-through channel so it charges without coming out. Made in Colorado for the Nintendo Switch 2 and the Valve Steam Deck.
Fitted, not padded
Foam cases protect by filling space. This one protects by fitting it. The interior is lined with individually cut felt, applied by hand and placed so the case carries the console at its edges and never presses against the display. Recesses at the lift points let you pick it up with a fingertip instead of working it loose. The shell around it is solid hardwood with brass hinges and a hand-rubbed furniture-grade oil finish.
Two consoles, two interiors
The Switch 2 and Steam Deck cases share a shell and almost nothing inside it. The Switch 2 version uses thirteen individually cut felt pieces and holds fifteen game cards alongside the console, plus the one already loaded in it. The Steam Deck version uses seven, and its cavity is shaped to leave airflow around the console so it keeps cooling itself with the case closed. Both carry the factory charging block and cable.
Charges closed
A channel through the case wall routes the charging cable in without leaving the lid open. Plug in at a hotel, on a desk, or in a bag during a layover, and the console tops up inside a closed case instead of sitting exposed on a nightstand you'll forget to check. The block and cable have their own cavity, so the cable you need is the one already in the case.
