The perfect way to keep your favorite recipes at eye level while you cook, the Capitol Peak Cookbook Stand 2.0 delivers a stable, elegant, and highly functional solution for any kitchen. This upgraded three-piece design combines thoughtful engineering with premium craftsmanship, making it easier than ever to cook from your favorite cookbooks without the hassle of pages flipping or the stand collapsing.

Built with a clever three-piece construction, the stand features a locking block that can be inserted at your preferred position. This allows you to safely move the stand around your kitchen without any risk of it coming apart. The page holders use sturdy dowel rods that fit into multiple slots, accommodating cookbooks of various thicknesses and page sizes — holding up to 350 pages maximum per side on a hardcover book while using the page holders. When not in use, the dowel rods store neatly in a dedicated slot built into the stand. A laser-engraved measurement conversion chart is permanently displayed on the stand for quick reference while you cook.
